Cooking
Prepare the products.
Cooked chicken finely mode, carrots cut into slices, onion rings. Rice mixed with cumin and saffron.
On a greased pan put the carrots, onion, sliced, rice. Pour the hot broth (you can water), so that the rice was fully covered. Cover with a lid. Bring to readiness over low heat.
Rice break the eggs without damaging the yolks. Again cover with a lid and keep on low heat until cooked eggs.
Formed portion. I put the rice in a bowl and then inverted on a plate, laying out content. The result was a beautiful form. Put on top of the egg.
Issued by the sprigs of dill and served to the table.
