Chicken with spicy butter sauce
If you often cook a chicken breast or fillet, then you know that the delicate meat diet tends to be dry. Today I offer you to cook chicken fillet with a spicy butter sauce. Fillet baked in foil in the oven, and immediately after the extraction of watered oil sauce. Melting butter envelops and permeates the chicken, making it tender. The taste of chicken becomes brighter and richer. Besides, this dish is prepared very quickly and therefore can be a great option instant dinner.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

  • Pepper

  • Garlic

  • Soy sauce

    2 ст. л.

  • Walnuts

    1 ст. л.

  • Salt

    1 ч. л.

  • Black pepper

    1/2 ч. л.

Fillet washed, soaked paper towel. Mix salt and black pepper. RUB this mixture fillet on all sides.

The baking pan is made with foil so that one edge of the foil could be wrapped on top, covering the fillets. On the foil lay the chicken slices.

Close foil. Put bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Until fillet is cooked, make the sauce. Cut the pepper strips and baked them on the grill until Golden stripes (3-4 minutes). Then cool it and cut finely.
