Cooking
To prepare corn grits.
In a saucepan put the barley, add water, bring to the boil, add salt and cook corn porridge, stirring occasionally.
While cooking grits, onion peel and chop. Slice the mushrooms. Heat the pan vegetable oil, fry the onions with mushrooms.
Stir the porridge with fried mushrooms.
Put the resulting mess in the silicone form.
Bake in the oven at 220 degrees until Golden brown. Flip onto a plate. Serve hot.
