Hip Turkey cut into strips and pickle in soy sauce with favorite spices, I have oregano.
Spread the meat on the pan and fry.
Don't forget about spaghetti. The water has boiled, cook them in salted water.
Cut avocado into halves, take out the seeds, peel and cut into cubes.
And grind in a blender into a puree.
To the Turkey add the spinach.
And simmer for just 1-2 minutes.
Add mashed avocado and a little water or broth, stir and cook another couple of minutes.
