Description
The recipe is partially taken from the magazine "MAKE", the stuffing a little changed by adding in minced raw mushrooms. The meatballs turned out to be surprisingly juicy and tasty. Garnish cooked roasted apples in caramel. Unfortunately the battery in the camera and much of the village failed to take a picture. Apples just for the final photo.

Cooking
The products required.
Breast cut into pieces and grind in a blender (or a grinder). Onions and mushrooms also grind in a blender. Dill finely chop. To measure the milk and cereal.
To cereal and room temperature milk, stir and leave for 20 minutes. Prepared ingredients put in a bowl. Add salt and optional pepper.
All carefully knead. Close the lid (or plastic food) and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Over time, start to fry the meatballs. With wet hands to sculpt flat patties and arrange on a heated pan adding 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil. To fry from two parties on 7 minutes, constantly turning.
Adding the rest of the oil to overcook all the meatballs. Them I got 12 pieces.
On the side I roasted sour green apples in butter, half vegetable, with butter and a good tablespoon of liquid honey. Get the caramel apples. Almost dainty. Very tasty with tender juicy meatballs
