Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients. Vegetables and chicken fillet washed and dried. Zucchini, eggplant and onions cut into slices. Paprika free from seeds and cut into large chunks. To plant vegetables on skewers, then season with salt and pepper and pour oil.
In a saucepan add the oil, vinegar, salt, sugar. Chop the onion, garlic, paprika and add to the saucepan. Put on fire and bring to boil. After boiling, remove from heat and allow to cool. In the bowl for baking marinated chicken. For this you need to put the chicken in a bowl, pour the cooled marinade and leave for 10 minutes. Add to the chicken, the peas, the asparagus and put with the marinade bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Kebabs fry in a hot grill pan. Ready skewers on a platter, next to put the ready fillet, peas, asparagus. When serving, pour the marinade that remains when cooked.
