Chicken rolls in cream sauce
Very tasty and satisfying. My mom makes the rolls in the oven and serves as a cold appetizer, I decided to experiment and make as a main dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    4 шт

  • Sour cream

    350 мл

  • Corn flour

    2 ч. л.

  • Dutch cheese

    200 г

  • Potatoes

    1 шт

  • Mushrooms

    350 г

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Dill

    1 пуч.

First prepare the stuffing. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions, fry in vegetable oil. Cool. To onion-mushroom mixture add the grated potatoes and grated cheese. All grate on a coarse grater. Take half the bunch of dill, finely chop and add. Salt is not necessary, the stuffing is ready.

To get 8 rolls, you have every piece of fillet cut lengthwise into two parts (if thin). Wrap the piece in cling film and repel. NOTE:DON'T OVERDO IT! The same we do with the other pieces. Chops a little salt and pepper to taste, add a little garlic, grated on a fine grater and allow to rest for about 15-20 minutes

Captured pileski spread the filling all over the size and twist gently roll in and put in a deep pan, greased with vegetable oil.

Meanwhile, make the sauce, which will simmer. So: mix sour Cream with flour, stir to lumps not, add salt, pepper and finely chopped dill.

Fill the rolls with the sauce and put on medium heat, covered. Once it boils, diminish the fire and simmer 20 minutes, occasionally lifting the rolls from the bottom of the saucepan.

Can be baked in the oven:all the same, only on top grate some cheese
