Everybody loves fried potatoes, leek it will not spoil.

Soy sauce
4 ст. л.

Ingredients
Fry bacon and remove from the pan.
Cut the potato for frying. And fry in a pan, where roasted bacon. I had to add vegetable oil for frying potatoes.
In a separate pan fry in vegetable oil and thinly sliced leeks. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add soy sauce, mix well.
Serve hot, laying on a plate of potatoes, bacon and leeks.
