Cooking
Wash the thighs, salt them and pepper, add the tomato paste and sauce, marinade, set aside aside to marinate while you prepare other ingredients.
Wash potatoes and Pat dry ( do not remove rind ). Put in the form, lubricated Rast. oil, salt on top and bake at maximum heat.
After, on top to make the cuts crosswise and slightly open.
Chop the greens and mince the garlic, soy sauce, add a little salt to combine with vegetable oil.
