Cottage cheese banana pie with phyllo
Tender luscious cheesecake with a pronounced banana flavor and small soaked pieces of phyllo dough.

Here are the ingredients for zapiekanki. I must say that sugar's not here, because I didn't know just before the trade than sweeten as raisins and bananas are sweet. In the end, decided to add about 2 tbsp of the pineapple syrup. Bananas, too, was originally three, but in the cooking process (since bananas was small) decided to add another one, cutting it into pieces.

It's very simple and fast: mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs. Decided to whisk, just whisk well mixed.

Now three make banana puree (blender) and will have to add it to the cheese-sour cream-Yai Chou mixture.

Also add raisins, nutmeg, pineapple syrup, and phyllo dough, which is cut into small pieces. Before that, I made a dish with phyllo dough, which is pre-torn with the hands, this time I decided to cut first into long strips, and then they are already crosswise into little squares (the option I liked most importantly - a large and sharp knife!). Then "fluffed" squares with your hands, and they can easily become a lush mass. Now "fluffy" dough throw in the cottage cheese and mix a little.

The resulting mixture is then poured into the form and add a banana cut into pieces, did not leave it on top, decided to "drown". I bake in the convection oven: on average the bars, 15 minutes of cooking on low speed fan on at 180 degrees, then put the average rate has increased the temperature to 205 degrees and bake another 25 minutes...

I think that everyone can bake like baked cheese casserole. Here it is - piping hot! Like cheesecake... but there is some "zest" in it!!! And pita to do the same, I think. Next time I'll try...

Very good I did not add sugar, it's not cloying, but slightly sweet zapekanka, which can be served with any sweet sauce, if you like sweeter. But you can with sour cream if you sweets enough! There are visible pieces of phyllo, which, I think, similar in appearance to the apples. Very gently turned. Pour your favorite tea or coffee... and ate! Bon appetit!
