Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    400 г

  • Zucchini

    1/2 шт

  • Carrots

    1/2 шт

  • Ginger

    12 г

  • Vegetable oil

    4,25 ст. л.

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seeds

Clean the pumpkin, cut into small pieces.

Put pumpkin on foil, pepper, sprinkle with oil Oleyna, wrap in foil and bake in the oven until cooked.

Peel the ginger, grate on a fine grater.

Carrots and zucchini cleaned, cut into strips.

Sauté carrots and zucchini in vegetable oil Oleina until tender (about 10 minutes), season with salt and pepper.

Ginger is lightly fried in 1/2 tsp of vegetable oil Oleina add the baked pumpkin. Grind the pumpkin with the ginger puree.

On dish spread pumpkin puree, roasted vegetables. Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds ( they can pre-fry in a dry pan).
