Cooking

step-0
The first time I baked the fish on a campfire with lemon and dill. Other times fried on a grill pan, the lemon slices were caramelicious next to the fish.
step-1
Take a deep form, of any size (depends on the number of ingredients). I have a small square. Well grease with butter. Spread the broccoli, divided into small florets. Pour mayonnaise. Who loves povitica, pour sour cream.
step-2
The second layer spread the cauliflower divided into small florets, pour mayonnaise or sour cream. The second time, I poured a little ketchup on the cabbage layers.
step-3
Remove the fish skin, we select all the bones, divide into plates (salmon very well separated on the plate and put the next layer on top of the cabbage. Fish can be salt and pepper.
step-4
The caramelized lemon slices can be left whole, but in my case cut into smaller and spread over fish.
step-5
Top spread mugs zucchini, roasted on the grill or pan-grill.
step-6
Or, option 2, pour the fish with lemon mayonnaise or sour cream and spread on top, cut circles leeks.
step-7
On top of all this liberally sprinkle any of your favorite hard cheese rubbed on a large grater.
step-8
Put it all in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. After half an hour take out and enjoy the aroma. The dish is ready. Bon appetit!
step-9
Very tender juicy zapekanok.
step-10
Can be used as a festive dish.
step-11
Piece.
step-12
The piece closer. Very colorful and delicious.
