Blitz recipe by which you can very tasty cook any meat or chicken, lasted a few minutes. The meat is perfectly preserved in the fill of a few days, even a week, becoming only juicier and more aromatic. A great recipe for those who can (or just unwilling) to spend much time on the preparation of food. I have the recipe shown on the example chicken breast.
Components fill: eggs, starch, mustard, salt and pepper.

All mix thoroughly (or beat with a mixer). It is better to first beat the eggs, then add remaining ingredients and blend again.
Cut meat or chicken, if desired, to recapture the pieces. Put in a container.
Fill with filling, stir and refrigerate. At least for the night, but in a few days will be even tastier.
When needed, take out desired amount and fry in vegetable oil (the chicken I sprinkled the top with sesame seeds). Fried very quickly, as the meat is well soaked, and it turns out juicy and very tasty.
