Meat in Georgian
It's a meat we often try with our friends who lived for many years in Georgia. And so I decided to cook it.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

Here's what we need.

The meat is cut into large chunks, greens not cut very finely. Of greens I was fresh dill and parsley, and the Basil and rosemary I got dry, about 1 tsp with a slide. Cilantro I substituted ground coriander (because in nature I don't love her)

In a bowl blend our herbs (fresh and dried)+ coriander+salt+pepper. You can also add some spices of Caucasian cuisine (I didn't put, it was not from me)

Now to the meat add our mixture of herbs and spices + honey+ lemon juice.

Mix well and refrigerate for a few hours.

Removed from the refrigerator, add the cream

Mix well and spread in a greased form. Put in the oven for around 1 hour, maybe a little more. And bake until done.

And here is our meat. Bon appetit. Serve with greens and vegetables.
