A quick strudel
Tender, crispy strudel without the hassle!

Ingredients

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Apple

    2 PCs

  • Jam

    2 tbsp

  • Sugar

    5 tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Walnuts

    1/2 stack.

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Apples clear from the seeds and cut into arbitrarily. Fry with 2 tablespoons of sugar to release the juice and Golden.

Add the apricot jam, stir and let simmer for about 5min.

Beat the egg with the remaining sugar (0,5 tbsp)

Grate the butter. Walnuts crushed or chopped.

Spread on the working surface of the pita bread, brush with the egg mixture, put half portion of the grated butter, the filling and sprinkle with walnuts.

Lavash roll roll not not squeezing and pressing, brush the top with the remaining dollop of butter. Bake in a preheated 200 g oven for about 10-15 minutes.
