This is my second attempt of this dish!!! the first time failed to take a picture, but the taste was amazing!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    700 g

  • Onion

    3 PCs

  • Tomato

    8 PCs

  • Mushrooms

    3 tbsp.

  • Pita

    2 PCs

  • Spices

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    4 tbsp

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Cheese

Cooking

Cut the onion into half rings

Tomatoes - thin slices (preferably skin removed)

Chicken meat finely chop, salt, add spices

... And go to the plate it all fry =) on the same pan until soft fry 2/3 of the onions and add the tomatoes, herbs, salt, spices (I had a mixture of spices for chicken), leave to stew

In the second pan fry until half cooked chicken, add it to the remaining onions, cook until tender onion

The tomato filling is ready... drained from it the resulting broth, to us it is still useful

Now make our sauce Bechamel!!! melt butter and dobavlen of malenice portions of flour, well vymeshivaem

Then a thin stream pour the milk, get rid of lumps, add salt, spices and cook on low heat until it becomes as sour cream

Begin to collect our dish!!! the pan abundantly greased with sunflower oil, covered with lavash, grease it with our sauce

Spread evenly half vegetable toppings, half chicken, dimmed with the second lavash

Again repeat the procedure: the sauce, vegetables, chicken, but even with one edge spread the mushrooms (they already have me fried) and sprinkle with cheese

And a little more sauce before wrapping... wrapping must be done very carefully!!! on top spread a little sauce and sent in heated to 160-170 deg. the oven for 10 minutes

Then pour on top of our vegetable broth and again in the oven for 10 minutes

That's so yummy I did. You can eat cold out of the refrigerator and not even warmed, so it seems tastier!!!
