Vegetable oil

Garlic
1 tooth

Seasoning
Cooking
Onion and garlic finely chop and fry in vegetable oil.
Carrots cut into half rings and add to the onions.
Add the chopped mushrooms.
Grate the tomatoes on a grater and add to the vegetables.
Pour in hot water. Bring to a boil.
Add the diced potatoes. If you don't use Vegeta seasoning, add salt.
Buckwheat wash in cold water and send it after the potatoes.
When potatoes and buckwheat are cooked, to enhance the taste, add the Vegeta. You can replace salt, but I love this seasoning. The soup is ready!
