Cream custard
This delicate custard with vanilla flavor and creamy flavor of butterscotch is perfect for cakes, rolls and pastries.


  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Toffee

    200 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g


Cold milk whisk in the vanilla and flour. My girls love sweeter, so I added 100 grams of sugar.
Toffee break into pieces. If toffee is solid, smash smaller.
Place the milk, stir in flour and vanilla, on the fire and heat well, stirring occasionally. Add toffee and heat until the butterscotch is not melted.
If the toffee is too hard, they may not dissolve until the end, do not worry, with the small riskovoi baby cream will be even more interesting. Now add in the hot mass of butter.
When the butter has melted, then cook the cream until thick, stirring constantly.
Ready cream to cool. Cream is obtained with gentle, moderately creamy taste and aroma of thick boiled condensed milk! Can cook cakes and brownies!
