For fans of manna and for those who don't know what else can be cooked in a double boiler.
2. The pieces add banana and mash with a fork until just blended.
3. Add the semolina and mix well.
4. Form for rice cover with cling film (to make it easier to remove).
5. Pour the mixture, cover with cling film and set the timer for 30 minutes.
6. Ready manna to cool and decorate at its discretion. I've filled it sour cream and sprinkled with grated chocolate.
