Manta new
Chicken, mushrooms and fried onions - all in the good old mantas. Mushrooms lend a special piquancy to this dish.

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Flour

    960 g

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    480 ml

  • Salt

    4 tsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper


Any known method knead yeast dough. I do it in the bread maker. While the dough rises, you need to prepare the ingredients for the filling: all cut into cubes, onions and mushrooms, fry separately. Mix chicken, onions and mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and pepper. If desired, you can add greenery.
Roll out with a very and spread the filling, close up.
Laid in mantovano or steamer and set for 45 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and mustard.
