Rice porridge
"The summer is over, like it never happened..." And I'm still trying to recover even a modicum of summer here, painted rice porridge in summer colors! Come and visit us, Cooks will treat you to a drop of summer!

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    100 g

  • Spinach

    100 g

  • Rice flakes

    1 cup

  • Milk

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Salt

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Marshmallows

For "painting" rice porridge I used frozen spinach and frozen cherries. The spinach taste is neutral, so the priority of taste of cherry. In different bowls, at room t completely defrost the spinach and cherries.

In a small saucepan, mix milk, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Bring the milk to boil, remove from heat and add a knob of butter. Fill with hot milk rice flakes TM Mistral, stir, cover and leave for 3-5 minutes.

Thawed cherries and spinach wipe through a sieve in different dishes. Mess I divided into three parts. Why three is the third part I had some "extra" to adjust the color and density. One part rice porridge mix with cherry "dye", the second with the spinach. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Put cereal in the bowl, alternating colors.

If the base (white) porridge were not used, it is possible to lay out the third layer. Decorate the porridge-dessert marshmallow.
