Salad
I found a very interesting salad recipe, which includes a perch. But since such fish we just not find, turned vegetable salad, but still delicious!

Ingredients

Prepare the sauce: mix the mustard, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, black pepper and dried garlic to taste, mix well.
