  • Chicken breast

  • Vinegar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp


For the marinade dilute the vinegar with mineral water, add the oil, herbs and soy sauce "Kikkoman"
The breast is placed in the marinade for 1 hour
In a hot pan with 1 tbsp oil, put the breast and fry with 2 sides quickly. Then pour into the pan the remaining marinade, cover with a lid, and on very low heat, leave for 10 minutes
Breast with a hot marinade lay in a small container, cover with film and leave until cool.
Remove, gently dry it with a cloth and chop. Sandwiches with this breast is very tasty and spicy. And just cutting into the "meat plate" it will be good!
