Banana-strawberry smoothie
Prepare this drink for Breakfast to your loved ones. He can easily replace morning cereal, and even opposers of cereals (like my baby) think I will eat it with pleasure. It is only one benefit to the organism, and charge enough energy for the whole day.


  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Strawberry

    200 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Honey


Flakes grind in a blender.
Add banana, strawberries, honey and milk.
All beat well until smooth. Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving. All to madness just. But how delicious!
