  • Vinegar

  • Mustard

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Hello!!!))) Immediately begin to prepare, without deviations!))) The oil will mix with the mustard, I took with grains (I think in Russia it's called Dijon), but it's not necessarily possible to take any.
Whisk oil with mustard to mayonnaise. Add the remaining ingredients: vinegar + grated or chopped garlic + cinnamon + salt, pepper + spices for the chicken. Again mix well.
The chicken is cut into such pieces as you would cut up a ready roasted chicken, i.e. in portions, and mix with the marinade, add Bay leaf and leave for 24 hours to marinate in the fridge.
Then spread on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 45-50 minutes.
