Cooking
To start, mix all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
Beat egg a couple of minutes to get the foam.
Add to the dry ingredients and mix gently. Melt butter and pour into batter, mix well.
Pour small portions of the dough into the pan. I bake on a pancake pan without oil. (if the pancakes stick lightly oiled.) Oven each pancake about 1-2 minutes on each side. But it all depends on your plate.

I did a double batch, got 14 pancakes 15 cm in diameter.
PS pancakes get brown evenly. But if you wait until the pancake stops bubbling and flip, then on the reverse side is "leaky" figure. If you turn a little early, then both sides will brown a smooth surface.
