Pepper snack
Try my version of a snack pepper. Having these jars in the fridge, you can meet unexpected guests prepared. Simple and delicious. In the classic recipe "in Odessa", I added some of my touches on it and get a new one and very bright on the taste of the dish. Let's start...

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    5 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Oregano

    1 pinch

In the laid foil baking tray put the washed and dried peppers (I have more pepper, as I cook for the other meals). Send a baking sheet in a preheated 180 degree oven.

Bake the peppers until tender. I have pepper fleshy and large. Took 50 minutes.

Immediately remove the peppers in a dish you can cover. Leave the dishes for 20 minutes. The skin will appear lighter.

Peel the pepper skin-on.

Remove the stalk and seeds.

Cut the pepper in length into strips of a width of approximately 7 - 8 mm.

Put peppers in a dish where we are going to mix it with the remaining ingredients. Squeezing 2 cloves of garlic and add a pinch of oregano.

Next add the honey, soy sauce, olive oil and salt. Gently stir the pepper.

Put it in a jar and put into the fridge. The longer it will marinate, the tastier the end result. I got it in a day. Delicious and unusual flavor.
