Light snack bars muffins or cupcakes - that's how someone like that! A minimum of flour - high cheese. Turn out light, airy, very tasty stuff. For lovers of cheese cakes.

Whisk eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, sugar, flour and baking powder. Do not forget to add a pinch of salt.

Until the mixture is whipped, cut into cubes two kinds of cheese.

Add cheese and turmeric. Whisk until shredding cheese.
