Description
Once saw in a foreign website recipe for chocolate cupcake with polka dots and, of course, could not resist, not to cook. The recipe used was unknown to me pistachio paste, so I had to trial and error to find the dough for peas. Some times I give up, did well, peas are not obtained such that the halves are joined to each other... Then go to the kitchen and prepared a new dough. And lo! Yay! The result was a cupcake, as I wanted! Now happy to share with You the recipe. P. S. Today is exactly 3 years since I checked in on our wonderful site. I have made many friends to whom I am grateful for their kindness, attention and support!

Cooking
This recipe turns out a large cake my cake pan size: 11*30 cm So if You use the form less, respectively, reduce the number of ingredients. To prepare the peas I used a silicon hemispherical shape with a diameter of 3 cm 24 cell (ordered online).
First, prepare the dough for the peas. Eggs whipped with sugar using a mixer.
Add soft butter, flour, sifted with the baking powder, vanilla, water, green dye (instead of dye you can use spinach or matcha tea).
Again a little mix the dough with a mixer. Spread the dough in a pastry bag, so you can fill the hemisphere test.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Silicone form grease with vegetable oil (without of a sweet pea at the seizure may lose its shape). Hemisphere not fill to the top, hoping that they will increase slightly in volume. Put the form with the dough in a preheated 200 degree oven. Through trial and error I have determined the baking time hemispheres - 5 minutes (it is necessary that the top of the peas were a little sticky to hot of a hemisphere United into a pea).
Get ready hemisphere from the oven and immediately connect them two together, first press the two halves, then just scroll a pea in the hand (as usual molded ball). If so happened that peas well, not together, can dampen one half with water, then connect with the other. In just a few seconds halves must adhere. Give the peas to cool COMPLETELY!
Prepare the chocolate dough. Whip soft butter with sugar using a mixer.
One by one add eggs and continue beating.
Add the flour sifted with the baking powder, melted in the microwave the dark chocolate, immediately the dough slightly whipped with a mixer.
Cake pan spread with parchment paper, for hedging smeared with vegetable oil (if You use good quality parchment, then smear it is not necessary). First spread 1/3 of the beans, then 1/3 of the chocolate batter.
Then again a layer of peas, layer of chocolate dough, etc.
Bake the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 60 minutes (if You cook the cake from fewer ingredients, the baking time will be less). Readiness check cake with a toothpick. Give the cupcake to cool. Bon appétit!
