Appetizer of pickled tomatoes and cucumbers
Offer you a recipe of bright, fragrant, tasty snacks. Just say that you will regret that few did, I ate half.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    500 g

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

  • Dill

Cooking

Take cucumber and good ripe tomatoes, wash. Cucumbers cut into sticks, tomatoes in half or quarters depending on size. Fill with salt, leave for 15 minutes.

Peel garlic and bell pepper, cut. My herbs: dill and Basil, all placed in a blender and grind them.

Add sweet soy sauce, Kikkoman, lemon juice, vegetable oil, coriander, paprika, red hot pepper, stir.

Drain excess liquid from cucumbers and tomatoes, put on top the filling.

Gently mix the vegetables with the dressing to evenly distribute it. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. I want to note that the taste of the vegetables will change every hour. Someone like pickled vegetables, someone richer.
