Today, I want You, dear cooks, to buy delicious cookies. This recipe for decades, my mother used to bake it very often, now I bake it. Cookies lives up to its name: gentle-gentle. The cookies are nice and long kept and does not lose its delicate structure. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    5 cup

  • Starch

    2.5 cup

  • Butter

    230 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

Cooking

Here's a measuring Cup I used (volume 230 ml). Collect flour and starch without slides.

Add baking soda and mix well.

Melt the butter

Spread on a baking sheet (this amount of dough I got 4 baking cookies) - cookie sheet can be covered with a silicone Mat or baking paper. Grease no need.
