Cooking
Peeled and core the apples bake in the microwave until soft.
Then Porirua blender. Homogeneous puree. At this stage, to the apples, add the 2.5 tbsp sugar and cinnamon.
Whisk egg with starch. Apple sauce put on medium heat and pour it into whipped egg starch. Stirring constantly, bring the sauce until thick and remove from heat. Give applesauce to cool slightly.
