For this dish we need green buckwheat, it is suitable only for sprouting.
To grow green buckwheat is a snap. Pour it into a flat dish, cover with water, so that the water only slightly covers the buckwheat and leave it on for 6-10 hours. I did it in the evening. In the morning, buckwheat washed, refilled some water (the water should pour in process of absorption it buckwheat) and in two days I have got such cute delicate seedlings. In these weak shoots lies a powerful force that helps to strengthen our immune system.
To prepare foods - sprouted buckwheat, arugula (you can substitute green Basil), avocado, cucumber, lemon, salt and pepper.
Avocado cleaned, cut into pieces and pour over the juice of half a lemon.
Cucumber peel and also chop.
Download all in the bowl of a blender. Here I was expecting a failure - the contents did not want to ground. Had to change the bowl with small knives on the big bowl, which I grind meat.
These knives have coped with the contents for a minute. Try the pate. The taste was odd, or rather unusual. Adjust it with salt, pepper or lemon juice. Maybe you want to add garlic?
You can submit on crackers. I used a sable Breton.
