This pâté of green buckwheat sprouts, avocado, arugula and lemon - just a storehouse of vitamins and minerals. And in winter, our body suffers from their lack! I will show three types of the filing of this paste useful, but its use can come up with a great many, for example, to use instead of the pesto sauce for pasta. And just as a spread on black bread - delicious, and most importantly, very useful!

For this dish we need green buckwheat, it is suitable only for sprouting.

To grow green buckwheat is a snap. Pour it into a flat dish, cover with water, so that the water only slightly covers the buckwheat and leave it on for 6-10 hours. I did it in the evening. In the morning, buckwheat washed, refilled some water (the water should pour in process of absorption it buckwheat) and in two days I have got such cute delicate seedlings.
