Biscuits
This French shortbread. The name "Petit Beurre" translates as "biscuits with butter flavor". The author of the recipe - the Romanian cook Laura Laurentiu. Thank her for the cookies!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Butter

    160 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Milk

    6 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Cooking

Combine the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and baking powder. Put the butter at room temperature and rubs his hands.

Add the egg yolk and milk and knead the dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours at night.
