Cooking
Cabbage leaves boil, mince and fry with onions 1 PC., mushrooms to fry with onions 1 PC., adding spices, meat garlic to add optional extra. Allow to cool. Passeruem bow (3rd) in vegetable oil, add flour, mix well, add milk, reduce heat and cook until thick. Should be not too thick sauce; add salt, pepper and optional garlic.
On chilled cabbage leaf put beef, sauce
Sprinkle with grated cheese
Laid in the mold with butter and pour the remaining sauce
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 deg. 5 minutes until cooked sprinkle with cheese.
