Avocado salad with shrimp
The salad turned out tender and tasty. Can replace a full dinner.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Capers

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Shrimp

    70 g

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

Cooking

Boil shrimp (I had 370g) in salted water with the Bay leaf and pepper. Clean.

Avocados to clear. Cut into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Boil eggs, peel and slice.

For filling mustard to combine with lemon juice and olive oil. Stir well.

Combine all the ingredients, add the chopped dill. To fill the resulting filling.
