Potato tortoni
One of the favorite dishes in Provence. Tortoni is traditionally prepared as a snack. Or served with the main dish. They decided to drink red wine. The filling can vary from meat, pumpkin, herbs or spinach... Love and sweet option - with plums, apples. Offer to cook a potato tortoni - the result will please you.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Potatoes

    750 g

Cooking

Clean and boil the potatoes in salted water

Fry chopped onion, add to the crushed potatoes.

Add sour cream and grated cheese, put salt and pepper.

Flour, salt, mix, add eggs and oil. Carefully knead the dough, divide it in half and roll out into 2 equal thin layer. At first put the potato filling a teaspoon with a slide at the distance of 2-3 cm

Cover with a second layer, press lightly and cut into squares. The edges of each equal and pressed against the fingers, then close the stuffing from all sides.
