Cooking
Purified pumpkin cut into small pieces and cook in the microwave until soft (it took me 10 minutes), mix in the middle of cooking. To blend and chill (makes about half a Cup of puree).
Mix semolina, sifted flour and baking powder.
Shelled sunflower seeds fry in a pan and grind (40 things to postpone). Beat in splendor softened butter, egg and sugar, add pumpkin puree, seeds, turmeric and lemon zest (to remove fine grater)
To connect the resulting mixture with manno-flour.
Knead plastic, slightly stick dough.
Wet hands to form balls the size of a walnut, with a toothpick to make the cross-grooves in the center of each ball, insert a pumpkin seed.
Bake cookies on a silicone Mat or parchment at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
Cookies turn out fragrant, crispy and slightly granular at the center. And the crust turns yellowish, and the middle is bright orange just like real pumpkins! Very unusual and delicious!
