Fish cutlets
Juicy and tender patties of white fish. I recommend even those who do not eat fish. Try it!!!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    800 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Dressing

    4 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

One onion finely chop and fry with grated on a coarse grater carrots. Leave to cool slightly.

To make minced fish fillet (I cooked from lemonemy) and with it to mince the second (raw) onion.

Fish minced meat with onion, add fried egg, finely diced cucumbers.

Add milk, pepper, crackers and dressing Maggi "To pickle" to adjust the taste for salt.

Wet hands to shape small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs.

Giving a flat shape cutlets and fry in vegetable oil.
