Pate of sardines and eggs
A very simple recipe, consisting literally of two main ingredients. Can this pate served with toast, you can fill them profiteroles or half of a pita, adding, for example, fresh cucumber, - it will be tasty anyway.

Ingredients

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Bow white

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Pepper Cayenne

    1 pinch

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Chives

    1 Tbsp

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Green olives

    3 Tbsp

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

The pieces of fish in a bowl (the juice does not pour!), remove the seeds from them.

Eggs peeled, cut in half and add to the fish.

Mash all with a fork.

Add the lemon juice, the juice from the sardines, season with black and Cayenne pepper, onions and, if necessary, olive oil. Stir, taste and adjust the taste if necessary by adding spices, herbs and lemon juice.
