Soup with spinach
Very fragrant, creamy soup with nice and unique, a little Eastern flavor.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    3 piece

  • Spinach

    2 coup

  • Potatoes

    700 g

  • Sunflower oil

    20 g

  • Salt

Chop the onion dices and onion slices.

Pour olive oil in pan and fry until Golden brown.

Add in the fried spinach leaves,reserving the smaller ones for serving dishes.

Peel and cut potato cubes and add to the roast.Mix well and pour over the chicken broth.Season with salt to taste and cook on low heat for 25 min.

Meanwhile, pent-fry spinach leaves in sunflower oil on both sides.Lay out on a paper napkin.

Ready soup remove from heat and beat with a blender until creamy.
