Chicken in pumpkin sauce
Delicious summer dish!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Broth

    300 ml

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Onion cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until light brown colour.

Add to the onions chicken, cut in dice, stir and fry 5 minutes on medium heat.

Once the chicken is slightly browned, pour in a saucepan the soy sauce and stir. And pepper to taste.

Add to meat zucchini, grated on a coarse grater and garlic, grated on a fine grater. Stir and fry for another 5 min.

Pour in the stock, cover the saucepan with a lid and simmer 40 minutes on low heat. Put the flour in a glass, pour a couple of tablespoons of water and stir, add sour cream and stir again. For 10 minutes pour the sour cream-flour mixture into the pot with meat and vegetables and stir. To remove test and, if necessary, it needs more salt.
