Salad
Love the recipes, brought from somewhere. Estepona is a town in Spain where my daughter and grandson spent this summer 1.5 months. Were preparing themselves but the local restaurant is rare, and still frequented. And here's a salad we tried there. Absolutely can play it at home, safely model jamon smoked ham or meat, and voila! Spain at our table. Very tasty salad.

Ingredients

  • Ham

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    50 g

  • Olives

    15 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

On the a La carte dish put lettuce leaves, torn

Over the lettuce leaves spread bell pepper, cut into strips. Slightly prisolit.

Then tomatoes, cut in slices and olives.

Then put the quartered eggs

And, finally, ham, arbitrarily, pieces or strips. Season salad with freshly ground black pepper. More salt for my taste, don't need ham is quite salty.

For the filling: in a mortar grind the garlic to a paste, add lemon juice, again to thoroughly mix.

Pour in the olive oil and grind a couple of minutes.

Pour salad dressing.
