This cake recipe without baking from the magazine "Gastronom" I was pleasantly surprised by its delicate taste and aroma of creamy vanilla ice cream. Be offended - and you will not regret, enjoy their kids!

Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients.
Spread a baking dish with a diameter of 22cm with foil. I had my form 26 cm, I just increased the number of products.
Cookies grind in a food processor.
Mix with butter. Evenly distribute the dough along the bottom and walls of the mold. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Dissolve gelatin in 0.25 cups of hot water, allow to cool. Beat with a mixer cream cheese, sugar and vanilla essence into a smooth mass. In a separate bowl whip the cream into foam.
The Mars bars finely chopped and mix with the cheese mass by adding gelatin. Using the spatula, gradually add the whipped cream there too. Put the whole mass in the form with the dough and place in refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
Decorate the top with chocolate shavings.
And you can eat!!! Enjoy your tea!!!
