Sauerkraut
Cabbage with apples - easy and fast, and most importantly, delicious!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Choose good, fresh and solid plugs cabbage.

Cut it and RUB on a coarse grater carrots, you can in Korean.

Part of the apples is also grate, and the part we cut with a knife into slices, shape as you like.

Then add salt, Apple cider vinegar and mix it all well.

Then spread on banks (I'm part of the spread in the banks, and the rest in the container), well compacted cabbage and put in a cool place for a few days. Bon appetit!!!
