Meat casserole with rice
This recipe shared with me a colleague, the food is hearty and delicious. A great option for a everyday meal.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    0.333 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 g

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Coriander

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

Cooking

For this dish I used a rice "amber".

Onion cut into half rings.

The pan pour vegetable oil, heat, fry on it chopped onion.

Add the beef and cook, stirring constantly and breaking up lumps.

Add the diced bell pepper and sauté, continuing to stir.

Then add the tomatoes in their own juice, season with salt, sugar and ground coriander.

Add rice, mix well.

Put in a baking dish.

Cover the form with foil, place in oven and bake at 180° for 40 minutes.

Then the form is removed, carefully remove the foil (look out for hot steam!).

Sprinkle with grated cheese, return to oven and bake another 10-15 minutes.

The finished pudding remove from oven, optionally sprinkle with herbs.
