Cooking
Here is our set of products. In our composition lacking oil. Sorry, I forgot.
Curd grind through a sieve.
Add to the cream cheese eggs, sour cream, condensed milk and soda. Mix well.
Add flour. I did not specify how much exactly: everything depends on the cheese and sour cream, some flour. I poured 4, 5 tbsp. flour and then added little by little to get a tight (but not too much) the dough and hands, not sticks. The dough cover with a Cup and let him "rest" for 20-30 minutes.
Thinly, thinly roll out the dough, turn it twice. (Once again roll out the folded dough is not necessary!!!)

Bake in a deep fryer first one side, then the other. If there is no deep fryer on the stove, in a pan with plenty of oil.
Ready brushwood take out (it is similar to the balls).
