Cooking

Take rice, boil. I used Jasmine rice from TM "Mistral". Pour the rice with water in the ratio 1: 2, bring to a boil and cook on slow heat for 12 minutes.

Give the rice to cool slightly.

Add eggs, sour cream, grated cheese, baking powder, salt, parsley (I dry). Stir.

Take a baking dish, I have a 20 by 30 cm, covered with baking paper, grease with oil. Pour in the batter, the layer should be no more than 7 mm. Put in heated to 200 degrees oven and bake for 20 minutes. Will not overdry it!

The finished seam get, placed for convenience on a cooking Mat. Remove the paper.

Prepare the filling. Put in a bowl: cottage cheese, mayonnaise (or sour cream), garlic, sliced smoked salmon (I had salmon). All grind in a blender into a paste.
