Ginger tea
Hi all. We continue to look for options to keep warm in chilly and rainy autumn. It's very simple and fast. In a thermos you can take a drink on the nature.

Ingredients

  • Black tea

    4 tsp

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Cream

    450 ml

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    8 tsp

  • Ginger

    30 g

  • Nutmeg

    2 g

Cooking

4 tsp of black tea.

500 ml. of boiling water.

Leave to brew the tea in the thermos for 10 minutes.

450 ml cream 10% fat.

1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp orange peel, 8 tsp. of cane sugar.

Pour the cream into a saucepan, pour sugar and spices on a slow fire, boil 5 minutes. No cover.

Grind 30 grams. fresh ginger.

Add the ginger in the cream, continue heating for another 5 minutes.

Grate 2 oz. nutmeg.

Filter the tea and add it to the cream, add nutmeg. Bring to a boil and switch off. Insist 5 minutes.
