Love this version of garlic! Very beautiful and delicious! Worthy decoration of the dish!

Ingredients

  • Garlic

    1 kg

  • Beets

    50 g

  • Water

    0.5 l

  • Sugar

    25 g

  • Salt

    25 g

  • Vinegar essence

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

Garlic clean and wash

Pour over boiling water and immediately rinse with cold water

Beets cut into slices, or grated, or just slice as you like.
